Ejecutivo Express Consulado Hotel - Guadalajara

Wonderful and modern hotel, had enjoyable stay.

The location was convenient and prime, for example, a soaring neoclassical-style archway was just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel. We had room which had a safe box, TV and coffee/tea making machines and was well-equipped and brand-new. Everyone was especially helpful and competent.

The place is excellent, the staff are especially helpful.

The room cleanliness needs serious attention, especially the bathrooms!!! The inconsistent VAT invoice process is unnecessarily stressful, and the lack of breakfast variety became tiresome by mid-stay. A vastly improved experience is possible!!!

Excellent breakfast variety

The staff was helpful and accommodating . We especially appreciated Arturo, who took care of all our needs and ensured we enjoyed our time. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from.

In my kids' opinion, a pool would be great for families.

Had a blast with my friends! We explored the beautiful local parks and tried some amazing street food nearby. The spacious lobby and friendly staff. Just note, breakfast options stayed the same every day. Some variety would be nice. Still, I totally recommend this place for a fun group getaway!

One hiccup was when I got the wrong key and walked in on a family relaxing in their room, a bit awkward.

I previously stayed in guadalajara and this place exceeded my expectations. The room was huge, clean, and beautifully furnished. The staff was friendly, we felt at home .

There were several disappointments. The breakfast was lackluster, offering the same bland options each morning without any variety. I encountered a frustrating issue when I was given the wrong key and walked into another guest's room, awkward and uncomfortable. To top it off, the AC in our room didn't cool adequately, leaving us feeling quite hot during the night.

Family looking for something decent

The breakfast was nice, big spread, and the room was immaculate, clean beyond expectations. The staff was helpful, the desk clerk spoke English well, made things much easier for us.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but still within a reasonable range.

The executive king room was huge and super clean. Had a coffee machine, tv, and comfy seating area. The walk-in shower was refreshing, and the bed was so cozy. Breakfast had a good variety, but could use some different options. Loved the friendly staff and the cool vibe in the lobby!

The breakfast was extensive, with a wonderful selection including hot and cold sandwiches that were delicious. The vibe in the dining area was pleasant. The bathroom floor was wet after every shower due to poor drainage, and the staff seemed overwhelmed, as the toiletries weren't restocked even after I requested them. It was annoying to have a key issue, walking into an occupied room, which disrupted my comfort.
